General information

The AI TENDERINGMANAGER fully maps the entire tendering process and thus supports employees in the individual process steps. Including the selection of the selection of suitable award procedures.

The program not only guides you through the entire internal preparation, but also supports you in the publication of a call for tenders and the evaluation of incoming bids until the contract is awarded.

A diagram shows how the award process can be mapped using the various applications. Starting with the BQ wizard for creating the bill of quantities via the award manager through to publication on the award platform. Bidders can then participate via the bidder cockpit. Evaluation and awarding of the contract can then be mapped again via the award manager and the BQ assistant

Overview of the award process

The entire process is generated dynamically, depending on the selection of the choice of award procedure, i.e. both external requirements - e.g. selection forms - as well as the internal authorization concept can be adapted accordingly.

Like all Administration Intelligence AG solutions, the AI TENDERINGMANAGER can also be used on a modular basis. This means that the AI TENDERINGMANAGER can be integrated with various award procedures available on the market.

The AI TENDERINGMANAGER supports both the award specialist in the electronic tendering process and all other employees of the administration with its different workflow characteristics, who are guided through the entire electronic award procedure with the most detailed information possible.
