Adopt Estimated VAT Rate¶

When creating a bill of quantity, the awarding authority can overwrite and save the default VAT rate of 19 %. This different VAT rate is entered as a default value in the bidder BQ in the award documents. This makes it possible to specify a VAT rate that differs from the default value (19%), which then also serves as the basis for submitting a tender.
