Create Questionnaire¶
You can add a questionnaire to the bidder at any level of the bill of quantities or at any point in the evaluation scheme. Click on the Info Questionnaire button on the New toolbar (2) or call up the context menu (right-click on the outline element) INFO QUESTIONNAIRE. A new empty questionnaire is created below the selected location. Enter at least one or more questions for this questionnaire using the buttons in the New (2) toolbar.
Empty questionnaires are displayed with the black error marker – just like groups – until you have added at least one question.
The following question types are available:

| Question about floating point number | Expects a number with decimal places as an answer. | What is the tolerance limit in mm? |
| Question about currency amount | Expects a price answer as an answer. | How high are the operating costs? |
| Question about percentage | Expects a percentage as an answer. | What is the annual maintenance cost as a %? |
| Question about costs and time | Information about costs and time required for a trade. | How much are the installation costs and how many hours are required? |
| Question about fulfillment of requirements | Expects a promise of fulfillment or an explanation of additional conditions. | Does the software support electronic signatures? Possible answers: Fully met / Not met / Fully met, additional functions / Met after customization. |
