Revision Status and Form Export¶

All procurement-relevant forms can be accessed for documentation purposes at any time during the award procedure and, if necessary, printed, exported or saved.

To do this, select the menu item EXTRAS – SAVE REVISION STATUS or click on the corresponding icon in the toolbar.

The Save Export / Revision Level window opens.

The tree view – similar to Windows Explorer – allows a professional folder structure and is also retained after saving using the Export all button.

All conventional content of an award file created by AI TENDERINGMANAGER, including the service specifications, the evaluation matrix, messages and rejection letters, can be converted into a PDF file by double-clicking if no print template is stored. The same result can be achieved by clicking on the Open selection button. These PDF files are then also available for printing or exporting.

When you click on the Save revision status button, the current status of the award procedure is saved with the creation date and can be accessed in the project tree under Revision status.

To make it easier to find messages in the event of a revision, the messages in the revision status are stored and sorted according to certain criteria.

• Outgoing: Messages sent by the contracting authority to participants and bidders.

• Incoming: Messages from participants received by electronic means.

• Captured: Messages from participants received by other means and manually captured by the contracting authority to form part of the procurement file.

• System-external: Messages that are automatically created to notify bidders of a new event in an ongoing procurement procedure.

• System-internal: Messages that are automatically created to exchange information within the contracting authority regarding an ongoing procurement procedure.
